I want to express how thankful I am to be a part of this wonderful community. I hope that everyone has the opportunity to make a lot of memories with their loved ones this next week. For those that haven't experienced other schools/districts, you may not be aware how special Blanco really is in supporting its schools. I hope that everyone has safe travels and a Happy Thanksgiving!
The staff wants to thank the PTO for organizing, and handing out, pies on Thursday. We feel really appreciated by the PTO and all of the parents that contributed pies, or money, to make this happen.
Buddy Bench
You might have noticed that we have a new bench in front of the school. We want to thank the Blanco County Child Protection and Family Advocacy Board for their generous donation.

12 (+1) Days of Christmas
We are excited to share our 12 Days of Christmas calendar with you. We encourage all staff and students to participate in each of the themed days.
2nd Grade Parents
Please mark your calendars for Dec. 14 at 6:30. The 2nd graders will be performing a Christmas program in the cafeteria. More info will be coming.
PTO Meeting
Thank you to Chief Rubin for being the special guest at the PTO meeting. It was wonderful of you to share information with the attendees surrounding school safety and security.
Staff Kudos
Tracey Baillio has jumped into her new role at our campus with so much energy, love and enthusiasm. You would never know that she hasn't worked with these kids and Mrs. Rubin all year long. She's a great addition to this campus and I'm so happy she's here! (Habit 1 - Be Proactive)
