Happy October!

This week will be a short week. Monday and Tuesday will be full days, but Wednesday will be a half day and Thursday and Friday will be no days for students. We still have a lot of learning to do this week though with a concentration on Science! We are super excited for some hands on activities.

Thank you all for a successful field trip! I am so thankful to have families that are so supportive, kind and enjoyable to work with. Thank you all so much for being my blessing!

This is an exciting week for us-- Field Trip week! On Friday, we will be attending a field trip to Kaledium! If you have not turned in the permission slip, please do so as soon as possible.

We will also be hosting our Fall Festival on October 19th. Please see Dojo for more information.

We continue to learn every day and are enjoying the 2nd grade experience!

Thank you for your continued support and I continue to be thankful, grateful, and blessed to be able to be your child's teacher!

This has been such a busy start to the beginning of October that it feels like WHEW! However, I am thankful for every day with your children and you all as a support system for my classroom. We have made it to one of my most favorite months of the year-- October! This week, I will be starting conferences. Please sign up for a conference time if you would like to sit down with me to discuss your child's progress in our class so far (sign up through link on Dojo).

We are continuing to work very hard in 2nd grade and are learning so much! Thank you all for your continued support by helping your child at home and encouraging them to come to school everyday. I am so proud of your children and you too!

You are welcome to contact me anyway at anytime, but sending me a message in Class Dojo is the best way to contact me. I do have quiet hours set so that when I go home I can enjoy time with my family, but I will get back to you as soon as I come back to school. I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
