Happy November!! It's a busy month so here are some important reminders:

  • Colder weather is upon us! Please make sure to send students to school with appropriate cold weather gear!


  • Make sure to check backpacks! Lots of important information is coming home in newsletters and forms! Make sure to return any forms to your child's teacher!

  • Car rider drop-off is in the back of the building. Do not drop off students in the front or side of the building. Front of building entrance is for walkers only.

  • You must have a car-rider tag to pick up from the line. Otherwise you will have to go to the office to pick up your child. Please let your child's teacher or the office know if you need a car tag.

  • The school parking lot is a CELL PHONE FREE ZONE! It is against the law to use your cell phone while in a school zone. There is a $250 fine for the first offense.


  • Sucker sales will be every Friday until 11/19! Two Tootsie Pops for $1.00. All proceeds go to Shop with a Cop.


  • Gobbling for Good is a fundraiser to support the Shop with a Cop program at our school. We will be having a contest to see which class can get the most feathers on their turkey. The room in each hall with the greatest number of feathers will receive Sonic Drinks for their whole class! Students can buy 4 feathers for $1.00 for their classroom Turkey everyday in November.


  • Flu Shot Clinic is Wednesday, November 3rd. Please make sure to return completed flu shot form to your child's teacher.


  • Picture day is Friday, November 5th! Picture retake day will be in December for any students who are absent for picture day.


  • NWA Space Night is Tuesday, November 9th @ 6:30 on J.O. Kelly Football field. Bring the family and join us for a night of gazing at the stars!


  • Thanksgiving Break is Monday the 22nd through Friday the 26th. School resumes Monday the 29th. This is the perfect time to wash backpacks and coats!


  • Snow Globe pictures will be Tuesday, November 30th. Watch for the order form coming home soon!
