DeSTEMber success
On Wednesday, our students and staff were treated to a day of speakers and activities that were tied to Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM). Thanks to the vision and leadership of Mrs. Mary Iwanski, the Intermediate School learned from coders and engineers and the medical field and so many other occupations. Below are a few pictures of some of our students and staff in action. It was a great experience for all of us! Check out some of the pictures from the day below.

Giving Tree
Thanks to the generosity of our students, staff, and families, the Giving Tree was a picture of amazement on Thursday afternoon. These gifts will go to many families in the area to make sure their holiday season is one of joy and fun. Mrs. Hafferman, the organizer of the Giving Tree and our Community Food Drive, is such a treasure to our community.
PTO brunch for staff next Tuesday
Our generous PTO is providing brunch for our staff next Tuesday, and they need your help. Here is a link to sign up for items to bring. If you're like me, there are even opportunities to purchase items instead of cooking or baking.
Thanks for your consideration.

It's cold outside!
Please remember that Intermediate School students, and I, go outside when the temperature is above zero degrees on the thermometer or above 15 degrees below zero with the wind chill factor. When the students are dressed properly, we have a lot of fun outside running around, socializing, and just being kids. If you need any assistance with winter gear, don't hesitate to let me know.
