Dear Parents/Carers of Carleton Park,
We hope this message finds you well and that you have had a fantastic week. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support, which has been truly invaluable.
It was heartening to witness such a fantastic turnout at the class assemblies this week. The pupils put in tremendous effort to prepare for these assemblies, showcasing their hard work and dedication. Your presence and encouragement undoubtedly added to the positive atmosphere, making the events even more special.
A special congratulations is in order for our Year 3 - 6 pupils who participated in the local cross-country event. We are thrilled to announce that Carleton Park School has achieved an unbelievable feat by qualifying as one of the three schools heading to the West Yorkshire finals. This accomplishment is a testament to the dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship displayed by our students. Well done to all involved!
Looking ahead, we would like to remind you about the upcoming Parents Evening scheduled for next week, with Year 6 Parents Evening the week after. This is an important opportunity for you to engage with your child's teachers, discuss their progress, and gain valuable insights into their academic and personal development. Your active participation in Parents Evening is crucial for fostering a strong partnership between home and school, ensuring the best possible support for your child's education.
Please make a note of your scheduled appointment time and ensure your presence at Parents Evening. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, please contact the school office to reschedule or make alternative arrangements.
Once again, thank you for your ongoing support.
Warm regards,
Mr Ayre
Headteacher
