with a focus on literacy and mathematics through improved leadership, instruction, support and a climate of continuous improvement.

The Finley-Oates Tribe is focused on building new relationships and making new friends! The cafeteria is a great place to practice being a great "PURPLE" friend!

We are off to the beginning of a great school year at Finley-Oates and there is a LOT of learning going on.

BISD Board Goal 2: Attract and retain a high quality staff by offering competitive compensation, great working conditions and recognizing excellence in performance.

The Finley-Oates teachers who completed the Reading Academy during the 2021-2022 school year, received an extra bonus for their hard work.
