On behalf of the entire faculty and staff of HMS we hope that everyone enjoys a restful, rejuvenating, and fun-filled summer!

At our awards ceremonies held this week we referenced the following quote from Jim Lovell, an American retired astronaut, naval aviator, test pilot and mechanical engineer:

“There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful, you need to be a person who makes things happen.”

Our parting charge to all of our students is to be that person who "MAKES THINGS HAPPEN". Whether you are transitioning to high school, coming back to HMS, or moving on to a different venue, we wish you the best and are confident you have the skills to make a positive impact.
