- Check Canvas daily for assignments
- Check Home Access Center daily for most up-to-date grades
- Students are responsible for communicating with directors on making up assignments when absent.

PO (Performing Orchestras)
Region Clinic and Concert
Students that made the Region 23 Orchestra, see attached info as well as some reminders below. Everyone else, you are invited to come and support! Free admission!
We ask that you please share the following information with your students and their parents ASAP:
• Park and enter from front of the Performing Art Center. There should be plenty of room for bus
parking here as well.
• Notify parents that they will not be allowed to “wander” the campus during the event. Large Cafeteria
commons will be open for this purpose.
• Student MUST bring folding music stands. Please ask them to label their belongings as well.
• Cello and bass players will need their own rock-stops and stools for the event.
• Basses and other large instruments such as Tuba may be left overnight if desired.
Etiquette:
Please plan a time to talk with your students about the importance of etiquette with our large event.
1. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN REHEARSAL AREA. Consume food/drink in Large Cafeteria commons only.
2. Please be respectful of rehearsal rooms, sectional classrooms, and cafeterias. Leave them cleaner
than when you entered.
3. Rehearsals are staggered and ongoing. The large Cafeteria (#1430) be open as parent/guest lounge
area.
