Parents, guardians, students and staff,
I wanted to send out a refresher on the procedures we use when handling traffic patterns around the building.
Parents and guardians,
Prior to the 8:00am bell, please continue to drop your child off at door # 7. At the end of the day, please pick them up at the same door. Please do not go into the student parking lot area to drop off, or pick up your child. We not only have busses utilizing this route, but our student drivers are also utilizing this area.
Students,
Please continue to exit at the end of the day through the same path as the busses leave. This is a non-negotiable, I will have you turn around and proceed to the correct lane if you try to exit via another route. This is for your, and everyone else's safety.
Staff,
Please continue to utilize the parking areas adjacent to the tennis courts.
Thank you all, we have had a very successful year with this layout. I greatly appreciate everyone's cooperation as we continue to navigate our traffic patterns. While some of our procedures may seem unnecessary, I can assure you, it is for the safety of the children of Blue River.
