• November 17, 18- Fall Play- The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes 7pm
• November 19- Fall Play- The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes 3pm
• November 22-24- Thanksgiving Vacation (No School!)
• November 28-29- WCC Tours for 9th & 10th graders

Dear Families,

After a great fall break, students and teachers returned to CHS ready to knock out the rest of semester one! It's always good practice to continue checking PowerSchool for missing assignments and grades. Help us help your student by keeping them accountable for their work. SRE and after school tutoring are both opportunities for extra help. Let's finish this semester strong and earn those credits!

Please continue to call the attendance line (825-5584) if your child isn't going to be at school.

Students that attend school regularly achieve at higher levels than students who do not have regular attendance.

There is no way to guarantee this success, but education, more than anything else we may acquire, strengthens our chances in life." Senior Christina Caldwell placed 6th in the nation for the Social Science area of Agriscience. Junior Emma Ruf placed 5th in the nation in Agriscience Fair Plant Systems Division 3 and earned a Gold rating. They were both recognized at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis.
