HOFFMAN PLACES 3RD IN BOOK TRAILER VIDEO CONTEST
Kudos to 5th grader Mya Hoffman who placed 3rd in the elementary category of the Wisconsin Educational Media & Technology Association's Book Trailer Video Contest! The contest's goal is for students to create original book trailers to help promote and excite other readers about the Battle of the Books and Golden Archer Award books. Congrats, Mya!
5TH GRADE WINS STATE BASKETBALL TITLE
Congrats to the 5th Grade Girls Basketball team which took 1st place in the Small School Division at the Wisconsin State Invitational Championship Tournament in Little Chute/Neenah last Saturday! February is National Children's Dental Health Month! School Nurse Jayne Lindsey has been busy visiting elementary classrooms to provide a lesson on oral hygiene and dental health. Students are learning the importance of brushing twice each day, flossing everyday, and visiting a dental clinic two times each year.
TALENTED VOCALISTS PERFORM
Congrats to our middle/high school choirs on their performances last week at the Opera House! If you'd like to check out their talent, please watch the video:

THANK YOU NOTES

FRIENDLY COMPLIMENTS
During Social Emotional Learning time with Mrs. Swenson, 1st graders were given a friend's name and had to think of different words to describe that person. As you can tell by the pictures, they felt pretty amazing to hear all these kinds words about themselves!
SCIENCE AND SKITTLES
4K did a fun science experiment! They placed Skittles in the shape of a heart and then added warm water. Students were surprised to see what happened next!
MADHATTERS CLINIC
Our high school choir members were treated to a clinic by the The Madhatters last Saturday prior to their concert at the Mineral Point Opera House -- thanks for working with our students!
GAME TIME
Kindergarten has been learning some new games! Students were able to take a bag of games home to play with their family members!
THANK YOU, SENIORS
Now that our wrestling season has concluded, we'd like to honor our #PointerNation Seniors for their fantastic contributions these past four years -- you will long be remembered!

THANK YOU, SENIORS
Unfortunately, our #PointerNation Girls Basketball team fell short 73-51 in a hard-fought WIAA Regional Final Saturday night at Cuba City after controlling much of the first half. Thank you, Pointers, for another fantastic year. A special thanks to our Seniors for your contributions to success!
