A Message from Curtis Principal, Sonya Pitcock
Cougar parents,
We want to give a big congratulations to all our fine arts students and teachers who went to UIL competition the past two weeks and did an outstanding job! We are so proud of all the hard work leading up to your competitions and the wonderful comments from the judges about your performances!
We also want to congratulate our Campus Teacher of the Year, Trey Stolp. We appreciate his dedication to our campus and to our team.
We are still collecting district devices from our in person learners. We are collecting these devices so we can make sure they are ready for STAAR testing. Students who turn in their device will be able to use a device on campus for work and will not be expected to complete work online from home. Please be sure to return the device and the charger to Tracks classes.
Our first STAAR test will be on Tuesday, April 6 for 7th grade Writing. All virtual students were sent a letter for the procedures to come to campus for testing. Tracks teachers will be going over testing procedures for middle school with all students before testing days. If your child has any questions, please be sure to ask their teacher. We are proud of the work our students have put in this year and know they are ready for the Writing STAAR test.
Thank you for all your support,
Sonya Pitcock
