November 11, 2023
Dear TVMS families,
This Veterans Day, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served our nation. Your sacrifice and dedication have paved the way for our freedoms, and we are truly grateful.
As we honor our veterans, we also want to share exciting news about the ongoing progress of our students. The second quarter is now underway, and parents can access their child's quarter 1 report card on HCPSS Connect. We encourage you to take a moment to celebrate your child's achievements and to partner with us in addressing any challenges they may be facing.
This upcoming week is American Education Week. We invite all parents and guardians to visit their child's classes and experience their learning day or any part of it. The TVMS bell schedule is available online.
This coming Tuesday, November 14th from 8:30-9:00 AM, we will be hosting a "Coffee and Conversation" session with the school administrators. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, share perspectives, and engage in discussions about the educational journey of our students.
Your involvement in our school community is invaluable, and we look forward to welcoming you during this special week. Thank you for your continued support, and we can't wait to see many of you at TVMS.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Mrs. Denise Young
Principal

Our Guiding Good Choices parenting classes can equip parents and/or grandparents with the knowledge and skills to reduce the risk that their children will use drugs and alcohol or engage in other dangerous behaviors. These classes are for families with children 9 - 14 yrs. old and held over Zoom.
