If you find yourself running late and your student arrives at school after the 8:05 bell rings please bring them into the office so that we can sign them in. YOU need to be with them at this drop off. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Students with 7 or more absences will provide a doctor's excusal for each absence. Parents should send medical excusals to the classroom teachers when the student returns to school. Medical excusals will be counted as excused absences. Our goal is to ensure that your child's attendance is accurate.

Save the date of March 6th at 6:00 pm at the Warren Central Fieldhouse for our annual 4th grade co-ed basketball tournament. Cheer your favorite elementary school to victory in this single elimination style tournament. Also witness your Principal/Dean in the featured free throw competition before the tournament begins. Grassy Creek is currently reigning champion and we hope to regain the traveling trophy! Come cheer on the Prospectors!

It is an Evening of Visual Art and Literacy

-Student Art work will be on exhibit

-Silent Auction for Class Paintings

-Games and Activities for families

-Free Dinner for ages 0-18/ parents $3 for dinner

This fundraiser benefits Grassy Creek children who cannot afford to come to aftercare but need it.

In 2018/2019 over $9000. was given to Grassy Creek families in financial assistance.

The Indiana Pesticide Review Board has regulations that impact how school corporations may use pesticides on school grounds. MSD Warren Township follows these guidelines and we are inviting parents and guardians to join our Pesticide Notification Registry. By signing up for this registry, you will be notified via email at least 48 hours prior to a pesticide application at your child’s school, subject to certain exceptions. You will be invited to sign up for this notification each school year.

Grassy Creek is selling trash bags again this year as a fundraiser. These are quality bags suitable in size and strength for your trash needs and any yard work needs. These bags are twice as thick as the leading name brand and come in three different sizes. Each roll is $10. Choose from White - 15 gallon (tall kitchen), 65 bags per roll, Yellow - 39 gallon, 25 bags per roll, or Blue - 55 gallon (super size) 16 bags per roll. Proceeds go directly into our Student Activity Fund and will be used for the students where needed.Thank you in advance for your continued support! If you are still collecting Box Tops from boxes, bags and cans please continue to do so. We will take them in any form. Send them to school and to the office with your student.
