Analytics Overview
By carefully studying your Analytics Report, you can gain valuable insights into how your recipients engage with your Smore newsletters and use these insights to improve your engagement rate.
The Analytics feature provides insight into who is viewing your newsletter and how they are interacting. Knowing this information can help you better promote your future newsletters to your audience.
For the best Analytics results, we recommend emailing your newsletter through Smore rather than sending a link through your own email client.
Activating Analytics
On the right side of the Editor, the "Show Analytics" button will activate once you've published your newsletter. Keep the following in mind:
Premium users: data will appear after your newsletter receives 1 or more views
Free users: data will appear when you receive more than 30 views
Total visitors
In the upper left corner is the visitor counter. Here you can see the number of visitors your newsletter received from the date it was published.
Please note that every single visitor is counted as a unique view. This means that if one person opens your newsletter a few times, each individual time they open it, it counts towards the total of views and "visitors" of your newsletter. This is also true if you are the only person opening the newsletter!
Sources
Under the Total Vistors, in the center of the page, you will see a list of your traffic sources. These include Facebook, Twitter, Direct, and Smore. These are the funnels through which people have found and discovered your newsletter.

FAQs
Can I see who liked my newsletter?
We're afraid that at this moment, we don't offer the ability to see who exactly liked your newsletter. That being said, we realize how offering this feature would be helpful to all our users!
Can I see who exactly read my newsletter?
If you used our mailing feature to email your newsletter, you can see who opened the email and read your newsletter in the Email Report. However, we currently don't offer the ability to see who read your newsletter outside of the Email Report.
We do recommend checking the newsletter's Traffic Sources to see where your readers are coming from!
Can I export the Analytics Report?
At this time, you can only export the Email Report and not the full Analytics Report. To do so, please go to the Email deliveries and click on the "Export to Excel" button.
