Important iPad Update
At 4:30 this past Friday we sent out a prompt for students to update their iPad to the latest iOS. This update will help their iPad function better and prepare it for next month's MCAS. This update is mandatory so please do not ignore this important task.
This update can be handled one of three ways. We've listed them in the order of preference.
- They plugged in their device before 4:30 Friday and let the update happen automatically already.
- They accepted the update when they saw the prompt pop up on their screen.
- Do the update yourself or a family member ASAP.
If your student is in Gr. 5 or Gr. 6, they may need to remove some apps or photos in order to have enough space on their iPad to complete the update. If they have any issues with the update, please email the help desk ASAP.

Steve Lilly-Weber has been meditating with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals since 2004, currently covering the Bureau’s Central Region, which consists mostly of school districts in Worcester County. He also provides facilitation and training services across the state.
His presentation focuses primarily on the nuts and bolts of Mediation, for example, defining characteristics of mediation, when to request, how to request, how to prepare, who participates, role of the mediator, what happens during the mediation.
