A Message from Your Principals
Dear Wildcat Families,
Our two weeks of school have been a great success! Our students and staff have done an amazing job adjusting to all of the procedures. We are super proud of everyone wearing their masks. Our MySchool Online students have been amazing at troubleshooting technology issues and working well with their teachers online.
We are experiencing a shift in students moving between MySchool Online and the traditional school setting. We are working to balance classes and this has required us to make some teacher changes. We are hopeful that everyone understands that we are trying to meet student needs and ensure learning environments where all students can learn.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience with our dismissal. We recognize that this is taking some time but it has been moving quicker each day.
We have a couple of reminders to continue to help us maintain our safety protocols.
For morning car riders, please have students prepared to exit the vehicle quickly. The only person exiting the car should be the child. Also, if you are picking your child up for early dismissal, plan on giving us extra time as students are escorted between the classroom and the office.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything.
Mr. Stan Mykita, Principal
Ms. Elizabeth Purcell, Assistant Principal

Student Code of Conduct
We are pleased to welcome all students to the 2020-2021 school year. Our goal is to work together to provide a quality education and safe environment for all students. We know a safe and secure environment is essential to student learning. Therefore, it is important that parents and/or guardians read and discuss the Code of Student Conduct with their children. Please teach and reinforce the student rules of conduct. It is crucial that all students see that we are committed to working together to provide a quality education. School bus rules ensure that all students have safe rides to and from school. Violating these rules will result in the loss of bus riding privileges for a period of time. We understand the loss of this privilege may cause a hardship; however, it is our job to provide safe transportation for all students. Our dedicated teachers and support staff look forward to a wonderful and productive school year with all students and families. Please assist us by ensuring the Code of Conduct is reviewed with your child. You can find the link below...
Self-Screener Information
Attached you will find the student self-screener that will need to be completed each day. We do not need copies of this but we do need you to review it each day before your child comes to school.
Students exhibiting any of the following symptoms should remain home and not attend school:

*New uncontrolled cough, that causes difficulty breathing (for students with chronic allergic/ asthmatic cough, a change in their cough from baseline);
*Diarrhea, vomiting or abdominal pain;
*New onset of severe headache, especially with a fever. ***
*Other symptoms listed by the CDC include chills, fatigue/muscle or body ache, new loss of taste or smell, and congestion or runny nose. Many children have very mild or no signs or symptoms of illness.
We appreciate your help with this very important task each morning. Thank you.
