#PointerNation Wrestling is State Bound! Mineral Point will send four wrestlers to the WIAA Individual State Tournament at the Kohl Center in Madison beginning Thursday -- great job!

Sectional placings for State qualifiers include:

1st: Dealya Collins 120#, Kade Rule 165#

2nd: Roen Carey 132#

3rd: Elliot Kite 113#

Let's hear it for our Dodgeville/Mineral Point/Iowa-Grant/Highland Gymnastics team for winning the SWC Championship Thursday at River Valley/Barneveld! DP bested 2nd place Southwestern/Benton/Cuba City/Darlington by a score of 131.375 to 129.700.

The next Mineral Point Early Childhood Development Screening will take place Wednesday, March 6! This screening is open to children who were born between the dates of 9/1/20 and 11/30/21. We'd love to have you join our sub pool! There will be a Substitute Teacher Training held at CESA 3 in Fennimore at 9 am on March 13. This training is one of the requirements for a sub license in Wisconsin (including the minimum of an associate's degree). Participants can register here:

There have been several cases of pink eye recently which require prescription antibiotic eye drop treatment. Because this medication is a prescription, we need an order signed by a medical provider AND a parent/guardian. Please reach out to the school to make sure we have the proper signed permission before sending any medication to school, prescription or non-prescription. Thank you so much!
