BLUE CARD DISTRIBUTION

ATTN: ALL SPRING SPORT ATHLETES:
Students, if you are playing a Spring sport, you must have a Blue Card to give to the coach. (if you played a fall or winter sport YOU STILL NEED A BLUE CARD) Athletes that do not have a blue card on the first day, will not be allowed to try out.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET A BLUE CARD:
- If you don't have a Healthy Roster account, please fill out the below google link to receive an "invite" to create an account. You can only create an account one time. If you have forgotten your username or password, just hit "forgot username/password". If you have issues using your phone, use your chromebook or desktop computer.
- All Fines/Dues will need to be paid. You may pay by going to your Parents Tyler Account.
- You will need to upload your physical (dated 2/1/21 or after) into your Healthy Roster Account.
- Sign all documents on Healthy Roster. These include:
(A) Upload Current Physical
(B) Upload Insurance Current Insurance Card
(C) MSHSAA Pre-Participation Documents (this can be filled out digitally through your Healthy Roster Account.
(D) Affton Signature Page (this is signed digitally) no printing required.
Athletic Fees will be put on the students Tyler account after the final teams have been established.

ATHLETIC FEES
For those participating in a fall, winter, or spring sport, there will be a $25 athletic fee added on their Tyler account. This will need to be paid through the parents' Tyler account. Students will not be allowed to participate in future sports until this fee is paid. Students that do not have all fines paid in full by graduation, will not be able to participate in prom, school activities, or the graduation ceremony.

BOYS BASKETBALL
Codey Recht has 3, triple doubles this year. This is a rare stat in high school basketball, especially getting 3 in one season.
vs. Hancock: 19 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists.
vs. Grandview: 19 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists.
vs. DeSoto: 23 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists.
Adam Puzniak is 3rd in St. Louis area in blocked shots. He is averaging 4 blocks per game.
Sean LaRose is one of the area leaders in free throw percentage at 87%.
Their record is 7-5.

Work with excellent Junior and Senior mentors to conduct freshmen orientation the day before school starts. We use the LINK Crew curriculum. We also do team building exercises throughout the year that help the freshmen get acclimated and succeed in high school. Also promotes getting involved in at least one sport/club/activity while in high school.

The officers are elected and meet once a month to plan activities for the organization. TEAMS (Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics, and Science)

Middle and High School competition helping students discover their potential for engineering. Using math, science, and 21st. Century learning skills. Students work together to problem-solve real world challenges. Throughout the competition, students work collaboratively to solve original and innovative engineering scenarios focused on an annual theme. The test consists of both a collaborative multiple-choice section and an open-ended design competition with a common engineering-based theme. We take three teams of 8-9 students to Rolla (University of Missouri Science and Technology) for the full day competition each spring.
