Hello Eagle Families,
Our final STAAR test is this Tuesday, May 9th. All 3-5 students will take their STAAR Math test. Our students and teachers have been working hard and are ready to finish up their testing strong--just be sure to have students get a good night's rest, a decent breakfast in the morning, and to show up a few minutes earlier than a typical day.
Special thanks to Mrs. Baker for all of her hard work in prepping for the exam and ensuring testing goes off without a hitch. Reminder that the campus will be closed on Tuesday and parents will not be admitted to visit, eat lunch with their student, or remove their student (without a doctors note) until testing has completed. Only 14.5 days of school left, everyone!
Next week is teacher appreciation week and we have a lot of fun activities planned for our teachers to show them just how much we appreciate them. Thank you to everyone who contributed gift cards to support our planned activities, that was incredibly generous of you all. Our PTA posted the Teacher Appreciation graphic to their social sites if you're looking for creative ways to show appreciation to your teacher.
