RMS Monday Message

Congratulations to our Music Department and Drama Club for fantastic performances the past few days. First, on Thursday, our 6th grade Band and Chorus, 7th/8th grade Band and Chorus, and our Jazz Band each performed at the BHS Theater in the RMS Winter Concert. Then, on Friday and Saturday, our RMS Drama Club performed their musical, School House Rock Live! Jr. Congratulations to all of our students on their hard work and dedication. It was great to see it all come together on the stage! See some pictures below!

The 5-Week Mark for Quarter 2 ends this Friday, 12/15. Progress Reports are planned to be sent home on 12/22.

Lastly, the Harlem Wizards are coming to Beacon on Friday, February 16th! Check the PTO Corner below for more info and link to purchase tickets!

Below are some highlights from our Door Decorating Competition this past Friday! Finishing touches will be done this week and the judges will be scoring the doors towards the end of the week!

Congratulations to our RMS eSports Team and Advisor Mr. Junjulas on bringing home not one, but two championships during the Fall Season! Our teams were able to capture both the Super Smash Brothers and Madden 1st Place Titles! Congratulations!

We were happy to see so many families pick up their Gertrude Hawk Chocolate orders this past week from the RMS Library. How was it so easy to pick up your orders you ask? Well, along with the PTO, some students wanted to volunteer their time to alphabetize all of the orders by last name...all four pallets worth! Kudos to those students for all of their help!

The Harlem Wizards are returning to Beacon on February 16th! We can't wait for the Wizards to face off against Beacon's teachers and staff in an entertaining basketball game filled with trick hoops and alley oops. It is a blast!
