Parents,
North Middle School has been selected to take part in the WV School Survey next week. The purpose of this survey is to obtain student, parent & staff perspectives about their schools so state and local school officials can make informed decisions about school improvement. Student participation is voluntary. Parents may choose for their students not to participate. Students may choose not to answer any questions they do not want to answer, and they may stop participating at any time during the survey without penalty. Responses will be anonymous and confidential.
I have linked a PDF version of the student survey below for your review as well as a form you can fill out if you DO NOT want your child to take the survey. We MUST receive this form by Monday, November 13th if you do not want your child to take the survey.

Please remember that tomorrow, November 8th at 8am is our "Take a Veteran to School Assembly." For those veterans who have signed up to attend, we look forward to celebrating you! Please remind your child to wear RED, WHITE, & BLUE to school tomorrow! Also, remember that Friday, November 10th schools will be closed in honor of Veterans Day and November 20th-24th for the Thanksgiving holiday.
