Printing & Copying Reminders
Copier
- Copier amounts are set by building administrators. At the start of the school year, they informed the Tech Department of the amount they wanted to be set for each teacher. At any time, you are welcome to discuss this amount with them and request an increase. The building administrator will notify the Tech Department if additional copy amounts need to be added to a specific individual.
- The copiers are reset the last Friday of each month. So in August, for example, your count was reset the morning of August 25th.
- If at any point you would like to know how many copies you have remaining for the month, simply email IT and include your ID number. We will be happy to email you that information.
Printers
Papercut - Staff and students are allocated a specific amount of funds for printing. Funds are added each month to their account until they reach a predetermined cap, at which point, no additional funds will be added. Any funds not used at the end of the month will roll over. Staff can look at their fund status by installing the Papercut application via the Filewave icon on their computer.
Install Papercut Application
- Click on the Filewave icon in the status bar on your computer
- Click Install Software
- Locate Papercut Client Mac and click the Install button on the right
Once installed, this will allow you to see your printing funds status.
