I hope this newsletter finds you all in best regards. I hope your New Year was filled with joy, and lots of family time.
I am excited to be back and provide educational physical fitness to my K-5 students. Hopefully, the students had time to get some kind of fitness in during the break and January.
We will continue to work with Northern Colorado Physical Education Department on assessments, and Fitness Gram. We started out Hockey and backward soccer skills for 2nd – 5th. Kinder and 1st grades worked on chase and flee skills. The next couple weeks we will doing assessments on muscular strength and muscular endurance. Then start our dance units that cover many genres.
