• Dr. Timothy Galbraith will be at school on Thursday, June 10th from 3-5:00 p.m. to administer the exam that is required for sports physicals.

• All student-athletes, Junior Falcons, and pre-registered students are invited to participate.

   Parents and students should complete and sign pages 2-3.
   Students must bring the entire form to the clinic.

We are excited to welcome Chris Marshall as Blair Oaks High School Principal for the 2021-2022 school year.

Mr. Marshall has 18 years of educational experience and has spent the last 2 years serving as the Assistant Superintendent in the Morgan County R-II School District in Versailles. Prior to becoming Assistant Superintendent, he spent 11 serving as a mathematics teacher, Assistant Principal / Athletic Director, and High School Principal in Versailles. Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor’s Degree from Westminster College and his Master’s and Specialist’s Degrees from William Woods University. Chris Marshall and his wife Lesley have two children, Jaxon (15) and Ryley (11).

We are also excited to welcome Clay Crouch as District Activities Director / Assistant High School Principal for the 2021-2022 school year.

Mr. Crouch previously served as the Activities Director and High School Physical Education teacher at the Osage County R-II School District in Linn. He has 5 years of educational experience, all of which have been as a Physical Education teacher in Linn, and has spent the last year serving as the Activities Director. Mr. Crouch received his Bachelor’s Degree from Culver-Stockton College and his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University.

During registration dates, parents and students will handle the following items:

1. Update Enrollment Data
2. Update Health Records
3. Sign necessary forms, i.e. Handbook & Chromebook Statement, Technology Acceptable Use Statement, and complete Homeless/Internet Questionnaire
4. Change schedule if necessary
5. Receive Student Handbook
6. Receive Meal Program booklet
7. Sign-up for parking and/or locker
8. Pay $25 class dues, $25 Chromebook fee, and $5 parking fee (if applicable)
9. Pick-up Chromebook
