April Half- Way Point
We are at the half-way point of the month of April. We have enjoyed Fiesta, Easter, 90- Second Newberry, and Tax completion. We are continuing to learn new material and concepts. 3rd - 5th graders are preparing for the STAAR test in May. Let's continue to work on learning and improving our daily attendance.

Students, have you visited our school library? Make sure you stop by and ask our library, Ms. De La Rosa, what's new? When is the last visit you and your family have made a visit to one of our public libraries? Please visit a local branch. Enjoy reading as a family.

Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parents it is time for our spring conferences. Parent/Teachers conferences will take place between May 2nd- May 31st. Our teachers are looking forward to meeting with you!
STAAR Testing for May
3rd - 5th graders will take the STAAR test in May. The week of May 9-13 is the first week of testing. It is important for your child to be in attendance. Make sure your child is getting a good night's sleep each night. Breakfast is important and will continue to be served in the classroom each morning at 7:45 am.
