The Rambler Nation is built on Tradition, Pride and Progress. Our next Rambler News will be dedicated to the exciting project updates that are happening across our K-12 campus. We will focusing on People, Projects and Facilities and how they will create opportunities for students, staff and community members.

We were honored to present a Sagamore of Attica Award to Mrs. Sarah Riley. Mrs. Riley is a 5th grade teacher at Attica Elementary school and has been hand selected by the Indiana Department of Education as an emerging leader in education. Mrs. Riley is also one of the Elementary Student Council sponsors and led a tremendous fundraising drive where over $4 thousand dollars were donated to Riley Children's Hospital. This qualified Attica Elementary school to sponsor Red Wagon at the hospital. (more information below) Mrs. Riley is also a member of our new corporation FISH committee focusing on spreading positivity and goodwill throughout the corporation. Attica CS is Blessed that Mrs. Riley chooses Attica to be her professional home!

Attica Elementary did an amazing job over the 22-23 school year raising over $4 thousand dollars of donations to Riley Hospital for Children. Recently, Susan Miles of the Riley Children's Foundation visited Attica Elementary to thank the students and staff for their generous donation and to present a replica license plate for display. Currently a red wagon is in circulation and helping children and their families as they travel the halls of Riley Hospital.

AHS students Eli French and Grace Hiller were recognized for their contributions to Student Media and upcoming projects including the planning for Veterans Day 22.

Family - I live with my dad. When it's time for dinner I go next door to my grandma and grandpa’s house. On the weekends I go to my mom and sisters. I even have a brother that lives far away

Pets - I have two dogs but my grandpa and grandma have one dog. I used to have one dog but he got too old. I used to have an outside and inside cat

Favorite thing(s) about Attica - The people are so nice here. When I came here in 5th grade everyone welcomed me and I was able to make so many new friends. They were so helpful and never mean.

The Attica Red Ramblers Homecoming was a week of corporation wide celebrations. From dress up days, pep sessions, tail gates and even an alumni band, current, former and future Red Ramblers gathered to show the Rambler Spirit!

Preparing for campus changes, new entry flags line the entrance to our soon to be K-12 Campus. As construction continues and more lighting is positioned we will add Rambler Flags to our campus!

Progress continues on the "new" Attica Elementary scheduled to open in the Fall of 24. Roof Beams are about to be installed with the goal of being totally under a roof by the end of October. Special thanks to Tecton (Construction Manager) Gibraltar (Architect) and JR Kelly (Contractor)

Rambler Nation,

It is hard to believe it is "officially" Fall and this weekend begins the month of October. It seems like yesterday we were welcoming students back to begin the school year. We will blink and somehow it will be time for Christmas Break. Before then we will have our first ever Halloween Safe Trick or Treat night, a Veterans Day Ceremony with a permanent Veterans Flagpole Memorial, and some surprises to still be sorted out for the month of December. Along the way, our staff will care for, motivate and push our students to not only become proficient in their academics, but to become good citizens instilled with the Rambler Spirit.

Our next Rambler News will focus on the first graphic of this newsletter...People, Programs and Facilities. All three areas are in progress to create the best environments possible for our students to succeed in academics, athletics and fine arts as well as creating a community campus that can benefit the entire community.

As the leaves change colors and we move to sweaters and sweatshirt weather, I wish everyone a Happy Fall. Blessings to All! Go Ramblers
