1st Year Assembly
Please remember to bring students down to the Commons at 8:35 a.m. on Monday, June 10th for a brief assembly about next year's art classes.
Rainy Day Monday Plans
If our rainy weather continues as predicted, the 1st year picnic will be held at Reservoir in classrooms and possibly the Commons. The 2nd year Field Day will continue in the gym, as scheduled.
New Colleagues
Please note that the New Colleagues breakfast with Katherine will be held in the Board Room (not Room 250) at 7:45 a.m.
Tuesday Rehearsal for Promotion
Since Elementary will not be using the gym for Promotion this year, we will move our Rehearsal to coincide with a transition and begin at 10:20 a.m. 2nd Year students should line up alphabetically by last name, on the loggia, to begin rehearsal.
Morning Arrival
Once the gym is set for Wednesday's Promotion events, we will need to go outdoors for Morning Arrival this week. If we have inclement weather on those days, students should go to homerooms upon arrival at school on Tuesday - Thursday.
Wednesday's Closing Ceremony
All 1st year students & teachers, Clubs, Artists, Science teachers will have seats on the bleachers for Wednesday morning's assembly/ceremony. Please come directly to the gym following attendance in homerooms and be seated by 8:40 a.m. Following the program, 1st year students and teachers will return to classrooms and their regular schedule. We anticipate that 2nd year students will return to their regular schedule by the 10:20 a.m. class.
Check Out Appointments
All Intermediate teachers should complete Check-out items (noted on End of Year Memo) and prepare classrooms for summer departures. :) Please sign up for an End of year Checkout appointment with Kim or Katie. The sign-up list will be available in Bunny's office. Appointments will be available Thursday afternoon and throughout the day on Friday.

Summer Homework
- Students who will be in Intermediate next year have been mailed a packet with reading assignment (2 books and 2 postcards) and math packet(s). Assignments will soon be posted on MyLab.
- Students who will be in Junior High next year should be given the math packet (after being individualized) to take home for summer homework. Rising Junior High students will also receive a reading assignment and Global Citizenship assignment to complete.
