Summer is flying by, and we are in the middle of planning for a successful 2021-2022 school year. We are proud of the accomplishments our district achieved last school year. Our students received high accolades in academics, fine arts, athletics, STEM and FFA. Thank you for supporting all programs in our district. At CMISD, we believe in developing well-rounded graduates that can compete and contribute to our ever changing world.


We are excited to welcome each student and family to our school on August 19. Whether you are a lifelong Fox or have recently moved to Caddo Mills, I hope you are filled with positivity for a new school year. Please take time to read about the upcoming year and feel free to reach out to our campuses, or central office, with any questions you may have.

Construction and District Updates

New High School

The new high school is well underway! The high school will provide many opportunities for our staff and students. We are on schedule to open the building in August of 2022!

Middle School Parking Lot

Crews have been steadily working to repave the middle school parking lot. The final portion of the parking lot will be poured the last week of July, and lights will be added to brighten the area after games and competitions.

Elementary Playgrounds

Last spring, students gave input and helped design the new equipment. Inclusive playgrounds will soon be under construction at both elementary campuses! Shade structures and new play facilities will enhance the playgrounds!

Returning Student Registration Information

Emails have been sent to the guardian of each returning student. The links in your email will direct you to Family Access to complete online registration. Should you have any questions, please contact your student's campus.

Child Nutrition Program

New guidance from the United States Department of Agriculture allows all students to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost during the 2021 - 2022 school year.


With this announcement, CMISD will continue to process applications for the free breakfast and lunch program. This will ensure qualifying students will receive free lunch and breakfast during the first 30 days of the 2022 - 2023 school year. Applications will be sent home at the beginning of the school year and will also be available at each campus.
