Don’t forget, tomorrow is our first spirit night of the year! Go out and support the band by eating some yummy Mexican food! Don’t forget to mention Hebron Band at checkout to get our 20% donation! Hope you can make it! You can eat in the restaurant for a nice night out with the family or pick up and eat at home! Hope to see you there!

TMEA All Region Rehearsals and Concerts this weekend!
- Monday-Thursday, January 8-11-Recording Submission Window for TMEA All-State Students. After school by appointment.
- Friday-Saturday, January 12-13-All-Region Band Clinic/Concert at Guyer HS/Lake Dallas HS on Friday afternoon and evening and Saturday, January 12-13. Will be some meal purchase options Game Night Dinner style. Separate itinerary later in the week.

9:45pm All-Region Band buses/students arrive back at Hebron. Dismissal.
Saturday, Jan. 13 7:00am
Call Time for All-Region Band students. Bring formal wear.
Buses will not run home.
*Parents should pick-up students directly from concert site and the conclusion of their concert.

- Form needs to be signed by parent and returned prior to departure on Friday at 12:30pm.
- Meal link is also on page 2 of the itinerary for any student that missed that sign-up in class. Please do not sign up more than once.

We had over 200 parents attend!! That translates into over $1000 for our program just for coming to the meeting!

Volunteer Central
Volunteers needed for Region Band Clinics and Concerts!
Hey Parents! We really need a few more chaperones for this weekend! If you have a kid participating in region this weekend, please signup to help!
- Region Band Clinics and Concerts are coming up this weekend, and we still need 4 more volunteers to chaperone on January 12 & 13. We need one more freshman parent and one more upperclassman parent for Friday, and also one of each for Saturday. Please see the signup for all the details.
- We’ve started working on the Band Golf Tournament fundraiser that will be taking place at the end of May. We have a new golf tournament lead and a whole new team running it this year, and it’s going to be fabulous, but there are a lot of details that go into hosting a tournament and we could really use some more help. In particular, we could use more help with the sponsor/donor/silent auction parts of the tournament. The golf tournament has the potential to raise a lot of money for the band, so please come help us make it a huge success! If you’d be interested in helping, please e-mail Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org or Sarah Durrant at fundraising@hebronband.org.
