Mr. Bill Gilley
Key Account Manager, SiteOne Landscape Supply
Bill grew up in Guntersville, AL, and obtained his B.S. in Horticulture from Auburn University in 1995. Currently, he lives in Chelsea, AL with wife Samantha and daughter Edyn.
Bill has worked for Landscape Services, Inc. as grounds manager at Birmingham Southern College for 3 years and worked as VP of Construction for Landscape Workshop for 15 years. Bill is presently working for John Deere / SiteOne Landscape Supply for the last 3 years.
Dr. Jim Jacobi
Plant Pathologist, Alabama Cooperative Extension System
Jim Jacobi is employed with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System as an Extension Plant Pathologist. He has a B.S. in Forestry from the University of Vermont, an M.S. in Forest Pathology from Clemson University and a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from Auburn University. For the last 17 years, he has managed the Plant Diagnostic Laboratory at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Prior to working for the Extension System he was employed as a field development representative for ISK Biosciences and Zeneca Ag Products.

Regional Extension Agent, specializing in commercial landscape and home horticulture, Alabama Cooperative Extension System
Bethany delivers educational programming and consulting to promote smarter landscapes in Alabama. Her primary goal is to help consumers and professionals alike preserve Alabama’s natural resources; creating better landscapes for better living.
