August 9, 2023 - FTC EPI Supply Kit Pick Up at Swartz from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Pick up will be by the west side gym doors as a drive by pick up.

August 22, 2023 - Meet the Teacher at Salt Creek Primary for Kindergarten and 1st grade students.

• Both K and 1st from 1:30 - 2:30

August 23, 2023 - First Day of School for Kindergarten and 1st grade students.

August 23, 2023 - Meet the Teacher at Salt Creek Primary for preschool students.

• AM students from 8:15 - 9:15 am.
• PM students from 12:15 - 1:15 pm

August 24, 2023 - First day of preschool

August 25, 2023 - FTC Back to School Social 5:30 - 7:30 pm

September 14, 2023 - Salt Creek Curriculum Night from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.

We encourage families to bring their school supplies to their Meet the Teacher event.

Salt Creek Primary Kindergarten Registration is OPEN!

Often there are times when our buses are running late. Westway Coach will notify us when there is a delay in time for buses so we can notify our parents of the bus that is running late. Sometimes a situation can happen when our office is closed and a parent tries to call us. If this is the case you may contact Westway Coach at 630-270-2720. Note that our School Office hours are 7:15 to 3:15 Monday thru Friday.

Bus schedules will be sent home in the mail with your welcome information soon.

Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students must have a parent or other adult meet them at the bus stop everyday after school.

Please make sure you are doing the Returning Student Registration in Skyward. This is very important that we have this as soon as possible. This helps us plan for the upcoming year. Planning includes anticipating class sections and sizes, ordering materials and furniture, and staffing size. Accurate student enrollment helps us to prepare for student needs and use our resources strategically. No payment needed at this time. Here is the Skyward link for Returning Students

You can make payment for your child's school fees through RevTrak by signing on to Skyward. If you do not see a tech fee in RevTrak please contact the school office your child will attend. Please see below for RevTrak payments. You can also come in and make payment by cash or check to any school in our district.

NO MORE E-PAY! We have rolled out a new way to pay for lunches, school fees and activity fees for students. You can sign up here https://saltcreek48.revtrak.net/. Or you can go to your parent portal in skyward, click on the fee payment tile, then in the far right hand top corner click on the "make online payments" button. This will take you to Revtrak. Make sure to sign up before you try to make payment. Once you can sign in, click the Make a Payment button in the middle of the page. This new service will streamline the payments so you can make a payment or set up recurring payments. This is directly connected to Skyward so you see the money immediately go to your child's account. If you have any questions please email or call your school office.

Preschool Payments: Once in Revtrak you will see in the upper right area an arrow next to SHOP. Click the arrow and pick Preschool in order for you to complete your payment. If you have any questions please email or call the Salt Creek school office.

Please make sure to notify Angie Holden at Salt Creek if your child will be absent, arriving late, or being dismissed early. It is helpful to contact your child's teacher in these matters as well, but it is very important to contact the office! If you have any doctor's notes, please send those to our health office staff.

As a reminder, all students in Kindergarten and any new/transfer students are required to have:

• Physical and Vision examinations on file by October 15, 2023. The physical and vision exams must be dated within the last 12 months.

• Dental examination on file by May 15th, 2024. The dental exam must be dated between November 15th, 2022 - May 15th, 2024.

Preschool students only need a physical examination.
