🐾 ASA PACK (Parents And Community for Kids)
Our PACK oversees fundraising and organizes school-wide events for all of our Wolves. Be on the lookout for their upcoming meetings which take place every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
The Color Run was a SUCCESS!
Our ASA Wolves Color Run was a huge success! Thank you to all of you for supporting our campaign and joining us in cheering on our wolves! An extra Thank you to our Volunteers! We couldn't host these events without your help! We surpassed our goal! As of Friday, we have raised $45,518 for our school! Please note that pledging is still open and your student can still earn prizes until Friday the 24th. Please be sure to check if your company participates in corporate matching! It's an easy way to double your donations! We are so grateful for all your support!
Wednesday - Crumbl Cookie Fundraiser!
Craving cookies? Head to Crumbl Cookie on Wednesday to satisfy your sweet tooth and support your child's school at the same time! The class with the most participation will win a box of mini cookies!

Saturday - Odyssey of the Mind Regional Competition
A big thank you to all the Wolves who cheered on our Odyssey of the Mind teams during our assembly last week. This week our Odyssey teams are finishing up their props, memorizing their lines, and preparing for our big all-day Regional Competition on Saturday, February 25th at Moreno Valley High School. Please continue to encourage our team members this week, it's a big week for them!

Soccer Club is Coming!
Get ready for soccer at ASA! The ASA soccer club will begin on Thursday 2/23 and last until the end of the school year. Soccer Club is open to all students in grades 6-8 and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your child is interested in participating, please click here for more information and fill out the form by 2/20/23.
Digital Photography Club Beginning
ASA is beginning a Digital Photography club. Students can come and learn about the basics of photography such as angles and light and learn how to edit photos using technology. Students must have their own digital camera or camera on their phone in order to participate. Digital Photography will take place on Monday and Thursdays from 3:15-4:15. It is open to all students in grades 6-8. If your child is interested in participating, please click here for more information and fill out the form by 2/20/23.
Mileage Club - Every Friday!
Mileage Club takes place on Friday starting at 7:30am. Students should enter through the front gate. Remember, any student on campus for Mileage Club from 7:30am-7:45am needs to have this waiver completed. Waivers must be turned in by the Wednesday before Mileage Club on Friday in order for students to participate. This allows us the opportunity to update our records. Please turn waivers into your classroom teacher or the front office. Additional printed copies are available in the front office. See you on the field!
🙋♀️ Volunteers
We appreciate our volunteers greatly! There are multiple opportunities to get involved in our school community. Please review the Sign Up Genius for our after school programs. If you are interested in volunteering for Mileage Club, please contact Mrs. Lazo at stacey.lazo@asathrive.org. Thank you for supporting our programs!
LCAP - Your input is Appreciated!
Your input is invaluable in helping Allegiance continually improve our programs and experiences for all students. Please complete the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Parent Survey. Click on the links below to complete the survey. If you have students in different grades and or classrooms, please complete one survey per student.
Thank you for helping strengthen Allegiance for all students.
📝 Returning Student Registration
Did your Wolf attend ASA last year? If so, please log on to your ASA Parent Portal account and complete the 22-23 Returning Student Registration (also known as the Welcome Packet) as soon as possible. To do this, login to your parent portal account via the website, not the app, then go to the left of the screen and click the icon that reads Registration 2022-2023.
💧 Water Bottles
Please send a refillable water bottle with your wolf daily being sure their name is on it. The school is unable to provide water bottles for students. Thank you!
💊 Medication on Campus
Please note that only students with a medication form signed by a doctor and turned in to the Health Office are permitted to carry medication on their person. The form must specify that the student may carry the medication with them during the school day.
🕝 Early Student Pick Up
When possible, please refrain from picking up your Wolf during recess, lunch or the last hour of school. Please make an appointment in advance so we can have your Wolf ready upon your arrival.
🚗 Please Do Not Block Driveways
When dropping off and picking up your wolves, please remember to be mindful and respectful of our neighbors and their homes and do not block their driveways.
🥪 📖 Lunches & Personal Items
Please send your Wolf's lunch and personal items with them in the morning. The office is unable to deliver items brought in during the school day.
Short-Term Independent Study
Requests for Short-term Independent Study after 4/28/23 are not available as we must allow enough time for the office and teachers to process paperwork and for absences to be reconciled by the end of the school year.

What happens with students' lost items?

Items left unclaimed by March 3rd will be donated.
💻 Parent Portal
All Parents/Guardians have been provided with information on how to log on to their ASA Parent Portal. This allows you to have real- time access to your child's current grades and attendance.

Need to Visit the Front Office?
If you need to drop something off or pick your wolf up early, please make an appointment using the link below so we are prepared for your visit.
Special Note: The office door is locked for everyone's safety. Please knock when you arrive. If we don't answer right away, it is because we are on the phone. We appreciate your patience.
