OLHMS Weekly 11/15/22
Welcome to the Second Trimester!
Donations NEEDED!!
We have been challenged by Simmons Middle School!
Mustang Families,
We have begun our Second Trimester and our scholars have been attending their new Encore courses or in some cases new schedules! Hopefully, each of our scholars took advantage of the First Trimester, made themselves proud and are fully prepared to navigate this new trimester.
We certainly finished the First Trimester on a very high note with our Veterans Day Tribute and celebrations in our Oak Lawn community. Huge thank you to our entire Mustang community for acknowledging and celebrating our local Veterans! Our Tribute was a perfect display of respect for our heroes among us and we could not be more proud of our school, scholars and community!
A Special thanks to Oak Lawn-Hometown District 123 and the chorus which sang at the event at the memorial and the band which played shortly afterwards at the Johnson-Phelps VFW, Oak Lawn, Il. and Clayton J. Beck III - Artist/Instructor and Andrea Zumhagen from Acorn to Oak Studios for their assistance running the cameras.
