Principal's Message
Dear Families and Caregivers,
As a reminder, we do not have school tomorrow. We wish you all a good three day weekend in honor of our Veterans, and we want to thank all of those who currently serve or have served in the military.
With the holidays and breaks ahead of us, we know that motivation and energy can seem low. We continue to work toward connection and collaboration with your students, keeping their routines stable and creating a welcoming and positive learning environment that they will want to be a part of. We hope that extra days like tomorrow, and weekends at home, will allow you small chances to connect with your children and engage in meaningful conversation about their school days and activities. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in their education. The connection between home and school is integral in their success.
Tying into our months highlighting Generosity, we still have two important events going on right now: our Cookie Dough Fundraiser brought to you by the Eccles PTA, that gives black directly to our school; and the Kiwanis Coin & Toy Drive, that gives back directly to our community and families in need. See more details about both below.
Sincerely,
Kelly

There's still time to get your Cookie Dough! This year we are raising money for Family Night events, assemblies, school educational enhancements, field trips, BizTown, our 6th Grade celebration and so much more! We are encouraging each student to sell 10 boxes of cookie dough. The top selling grade will earn a pizza party!! Click this link or the flyer below to get started! All orders will be paid for online only with a credit or debit card. NO Cash or Check will be accepted.
Coin & Toy Drive
Check out the coin collection bins in the office where we are having a friendly competition between the Ducks and the Beavers. Bring your donated coins and put them in your favorite team’s bin, and drop off a new present in the toy bin. Thanks for supporting Kiwanis and our community!
School Breakfast - Good for Kids and Good for Parents!
For parents with busy schedules, it can be hard to make sure that kids are eating a healthy breakfast before they go to school in the morning.
Sometimes children aren’t hungry right after waking up, and it’s hard to find food they like to eat that is also healthy. Also, some kids refuse breakfast at home but are hungry when they arrive at school. Fortunately, we have a great breakfast program for all students, and it’s available at school every day.
If morning meals are difficult for your family, let the School Breakfast Program help you out!
