I live on a busy street where I had so many supermarkets preset there, and my experience was always good until I went to this particular Indian store near me. The owner of the Indian store near me was kind, but the sales girls at the Indian store near me were so rude that they ignored the customers and were busy with their things. When I first entered the Indian store near me, I then spoke to one of the girls she was very busy with her mobile, but I politely asked her about the place where the Indian spices were kept, but she did not listen when I asked the same question to the next girl who was right beside the first one, guess what?

She just ignored me on my face she was not even concerned that I'm her customer. Moreover, it doesn't end there after I did all my shopping I went to the counter and was going to pay my bills. The sales girl they said to me you have to buy the polythene bag from us that just shook me up I was so furious that my anger brushed because I had brought my bag with me they said it was not allowed in a very dominating manner.

The service is what makes the customer return to your store the sales girls should be given the training about how they should handle the customers. Although this happened the owner of the Indian store near me was very kind, and I spoke them with this matter, they assured me that this would never happen again.
