Announcements & Updates

- Pomptonian will begin to offer daily student lunches on March 15. Orders must be submitted in advance and are currently being accepted for Monday. The ordering window will open after dismissal for the following day and will close at 8:00 a.m. Orders placed after that time will not be processed. Please ensure you have a PayForIt account set up for your student (payschoolscentral.com); no cash will be accepted. Please click here to access the daily lunch order form.


- Marking period 4 starts on Monday, April 12. To provide administration with ample time to prepare for the return of students either in-seat and/or for the full day, please contact Mrs. Toth no later than Friday, March 26 should you wish to change your child's schedule for the fourth marking period.


- Reminder: With Spring Break approaching, many families are in the process of finalizing their travel plans. Mrs. Austenberg and Mrs. Toth kindly remind parents to communicate their plans as soon as possible. State travel restrictions require a 10-day quarantine for anyone returning from a trip outside the immediate region. Early communication is appreciated as it will give the administration and staff time to prepare for your child to participate virtually. Thank you as always for your cooperation.


- After consultation with our district physician and the Health Department, a decision has been made to cancel the spring sports season.

A note from Mrs. Lanka

Today in Advisory, we kicked-off our Spring Collection Drive for the Interfaith Food Pantry Network. Thank you in advance for sending in a donation with your child, and helping our students live our motto: "As Lions we Protect, Because our Motto is Respect!" Please see the flyer below for items needed, assigned by grade level. The deadline to send in donations is Tuesday, March 23. Students can also earn spirit points for their grade by participating - will 5th grade keep the lead?! In addition, students created their very own "DIY Wacky Socks" to wear during our Student Council's upcoming March 22 Spirit Week! We can't wait to see their finalized, one-of-a-kind designs!
