We will be having school picture days on February 18th and 19th in the afternoon and evening. A schedule will be sent assigning students to come, if they choose, in groups divided by the first letter of their last name. Contact Mrs. Comstock if you cannot come to your assigned time. We will hold a make-up day as well. Lifetouch will also soon be sending digital information that will be sent to you for purchasing of the school picture. We are also working on putting together a yearbook.

February 1st -5th is National School Counselors Week! We are grateful for all that Mr. Cortez does for our students and community from meeting with students in groups, to phone calls, to parent meetings. Earlier this week, your child received an email with a link to record a message of gratitude to Mr. Cortez. Encourage your child to click the link to show Mr. Cortez how thankful we are for him. Submissions are due by January 29th.

Our next public meeting will be held Thursday, February 18th, 2021 with ELAC meeting and School Site Coucil meeting at 6:00 via zoom. Please email Mrs. Comstock at ccomstock@hueneme.org if you would like the link to the meeting. We will be discussing the data to analyze our progress toward goals. The agenda will be posted on the school website and outside of the school office.
