Message from the Executive Director
As we move into the holiday season, you should know that your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our students stands out as a bright light in the darkness. You are an amazing and valued member of our department. We appreciate you.
Recently, you may have noticed some new materials being delivered for ECSE, ACE, Speech, and GEC programs at your campuses. Since my arrival in summer 2020, I’ve been learning about the district. One of the things that I’ve learned is that not all campuses have the same resources available. One of my goals is to ensure equity across our campuses, classrooms, and programs. We are listening to you as you make requests and recommendations for materials and resources that will aid you in working with your students most effectively. If you have ideas or recommendations, or are interested in joining a focus group this spring to work on this goal, please complete this form. I’d love your input - no one knows what you need better than you.
Wishing you all the peace of this season!
Kristen Williams, Ph.D.
