Thank you for supporting your children in participating in Red Ribbon Week events. This week they pledged to be Drug Free! Please be sure to continue to send your child to school on time every day. Each day they learn something new and we don't want them to miss out!
Monday we celebrate the 50th day of school. Students may dress in appropriate 50s era themed clothing. We are looking forward to a great November! Please contact me for any questions or concerns. Have a great week 😍!

Showing up on time every day is important to your child’s success and learning from preschool forward. Missing 10% of school (1 or 2 days every few weeks) can make it harder to:
Gain early reading and math skills.
Build relationships.
Develop good attendance habits.
The routines your child develops will continue throughout school.
Make the most of elementary school years by encouraging your child to attend on time every day!

HE family veterans are invited to attend our Veterans Day event. Because this event is for all grade levels, we cannot invite additional family members or community members. To assist with the preparation of the event, please be sure HHE family veterans RSVP by November 5th so we can be prepared for the event. To send a picture of any veteran in your family, email Mr. Cortez at pcortez3@saisd.net . Your family member will be featured in our slide presentation to the school on Veterans Day.
Los veteranos de la familia HHE están invitados a asistir a nuestro evento del Día de los Veteranos. Debido a que este evento es para todos los niveles de grado, no podemos invitar a familiares o miembros de la comunidad adicionales.
