WES PAW PRINTS for families
The Week of January 22nd
AT A GLANCE...
Good Evening Husky Families
What a week! Snow delays and closings have had us out of school this week more than IN SCHOOL! Hopefully this week will be back to normal! Be mindful that the end of this upcoming week will be the mid trimester marking period and interims will be sent home and emailed.
It’s time to “Hit the Books”! The Shorebirds are once again sponsoring the “Hit the Books Reading Challenge”. They will reward every student at Warwick that is on the correct reading step by February 23rd with two free Upper Reserved Seat Vouchers to be used on our school’s designated day at the ballpark. These vouchers will be distributed approximately three weeks before the game date. Students will also be honored for their reading accomplishments with a pre-game parade at the Arthur W. Perdue Stadium prior to the game. Schools that participate and have the highest redemption percentage of Hit the Book tickets will receive a $1,000 donation to their school.
The step goal for Feb. 23rd is currently 340.
Please come check out our Lost and Found! It's growing by the minute and these items will be kept for a few more weeks, and then they will be donated. There are really nice winter coats, sweatshirts, jackets, hats and water bottles.
