Spirit Wear Sales

We had SO many requests for parent purchase of our new t-shirts that we will offer them in the regular spirit wear order this year. We'll also offer last year's maroon Leader in Me shirts as well. Stay tuned for that...

W.I.G. (Wildly Important Goal) #1: 97.3% Attendance Daily

We met our goal all three days last week!
  • Wednesday: 100%
  • Thursday: 99.1%
  • Friday: 98.86%

We have set three WIGs this year. One for attendance, one for math proficiency, and one for reading proficiency. We've started tracking our attendance goal.

Last year's attendance was 96.8%. Our highest since we've been open is 97.3% so we're aiming for that again.

If you're not here, you're not learning. If you're not learning, we're not making an impact. Be here on time every day you can!!

School Hours 16.17

8:15am: Students may begin dropoff in parent pickup line
8:30am: Buses unload
8:40am: Students are tardy to school
12pm: Morning kindergarten dismisses
12:30pm: Afternoon kindergarten begins\
3:35pm: Parents may enter side cafeteria door for parent pickup
3:40pm: School is dismissed

**All students in grades 1-5 receive a 30 minute lunch period. If you have a K student and deposited lunch money, you can receive a refund or it will roll over to next year. Contact sarah.hayden@boone.kyschools.us for a refund.
