The staff at Evergreen Elementary are beyond excited to welcome our 1st through 4th grade students back to school on Tuesday, August 23rd and our kindergarten students on Wednesday, August 24th. We can't wait to see all of your smiling faces back in our building. It is too quiet here over the summer!

Families can drop off supplies and meet their teacher from 2:00-3:00 on Monday, August 22nd. If you are unable to make it, please make sure to send your child to school with their supplies on Tuesday.

Kindergarten students and families can attend orientation on Tuesday, August 23rd.

If your last name begins with A-L, attend from 9:00-9:45 AM

If you last name begins with M-Z, attend from 10:00-10:45 AM

Kindergarten students begin school on Wednesday, August 24th. There will be a PTA sponsored Boo-Hoo Breakfast from 8:00-8:30 AM for kindergarten parents/guardians.

If your child is going to be absent from school for any reason, please call the Evergreen Office, 630-876-7810, to report your child's absence no later than 8:00 AM the day of the absence.

It has been brought to my attention that some of the bus information that is posted on our website is different than what was sent home to families through an email. Please refer to the most recent communication sent to you on bus routes and times. Over the next two weeks, the bus company will be finalizing routes and times. We still have families registering students, so that changes some of the stops and times. Please be patient the next several weeks and we work on finalizing the routes and times. We suggest being at your stop 7-10 minutes before it is scheduled to allow for being a bit early and a bit late. Please remind your student of our bus expectations.

Please join the Benjamin School District 25 community outside of Benjamin Middle School for a night of celebration for the 2022-2023 school year. The event is from 6:00PM-8:00PM.

If you have not completely finished the registration process, your child can not attend school on the first day. We have contacted families that are still needing to finish the process. Please complete that process on Monday, so that your child can begin the school year with their peers. If your registration is not complete by 3:00PM on Monday, August 22nd, your child can not begin school on Tuesday. If you are unsure if you are fully registered, please call the office! 630-876-7810

Open House Night for Preschool-1st grade will be September 1st from 6:00-8:00

Open House Night for 2nd-4th grade will be September 8th from 6:00-8:00.
