Future Pathways
College, Career, and Military Readiness
What is Future Pathways?
Lewisville ISD is committed to support all students in grades 6-12 with college, career and military readiness. Students and families will be engaged in a variety of interest inventories, college and career activities, and be provided with resources on financial aid, scholarships and test preparation throughout the school year. School and community events will also be held to enhance students and families learning experiences.
LISD will utilize Texas OnCourse as a digital platform to provide exploratory activities and lessons in classes and advisory lessons. We encourage families to additionally use these platforms to do some self-exploration on their child's future pathway. It is our goal that our students and families are involved in their personal educational plan, and together can make informed decisions about their post secondary pathway.
