Important Upcoming Events

Below is a list of events in the ICT department that will impact technology services across the district.



  • 09/21/2017: During the regular Thursday night maintenance window, the district's email system will experience an outage. This is to facilitate removal of some old hardware that has reached end of life. The outage isn't expected to last more than 2 hours during the window that open at 5:00pm and closes at midnight.

WebEx for Parent Teacher Conferences

WebEx is an excellent resource for conducting parent-teacher conferences. The overall process of making this work is pretty simple:
  1. The teacher sets up a WebEx meeting.
  2. At the scheduled time, the teacher begins the WebEx meeting.
  3. At the scheduled time, the parent(s) join the WebEx meeting.


It really is just 3 easy steps. But if you aren't sure how to do any of those 3, don't worry, we have you covered!
