National Native American Heritage Month
In recognition of National Native American Heritage Month with the theme of "Celebrating Tribal Sovereignty and Identity," we have a display of new and recent non-fiction and fiction titles including a beautiful book of poems about Native American leaders each accompianied by a work of art by a contemporary Native American artist titled Voices of the People by Joseph Bruchac, a new young adult fantasy novel titled Elatsoe by Darcie Little Badger and Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI by David Grann if you'd like to read the book before you see the movie.
