ALIA Summer Gathering 2018

September 6-9, 2018 Lithuania

We will spend 3 days together in the ALIA Europe Summer Gathering exploring our challenges and opportunities that we are facing in our lives and how the practices of authentic leadership can help us work with diversity and complexity more creatively and wisely.

"As we have been thinking about this gathering, diversity has been really important to us.

Making the most of diversity is a great leadership challenge for us to be working on.

Every one of us is a unique lens on what is happening with the development of authentic leadership (and other things !) in Europe. What might happen as we start to mix all that together?"

Meet and experience:

20 plus inspiring individuals from around Europe and the World, working with leadership and transformation in different fields and sectors.
Beautiful venue AUKSINE GIRIA in the middle of the forest by beautiful lake Asveja. A great place to reconnect to nature, yourself, and other kind hearted human beings.
Lithuanian Sauna ceremony, hosted by sauna master Giedrius Bučas, will help to land in the country and come back to your body and calm the mind.
We will have a concert of Lithuanian folk songs, which belong to Unesco heritage list. This magical art performance/ workshop will help us get in touch with the history and culture of Lithuania.

Day 1 Thursday: Landing and welcoming each other

Purpose: Reconnect and get to know who is in the room

Questions: Where are you and how are you in this community now? What brought you here?

Day 2 Friday : Learning together and from each other

Purpose: Raise our questions, deepen our interest, explore together and learn from each other

Questions: What can we learn together and from each other?

Day 3 Saturday: Supporting each other to go deeper and to go further

Purpose: Support each other and each others projects

Questions: How can we support each other moving forward?

Day 4 Sunday: Taking our gifts to the world

Purpose: • Take a look at what we’ve learned, reflect and harvest. Talk about how ALIA community might continue

Questions: • What have we learned? • What next steps will I take as an individual? • What next steps will we take as a community?

Pricing

Base price: €300 Euro

Including 3 meals a day and lodging in shared rooms. Some private rooms available for extra price with first come first serve principle.

Patron price: €500 Euro

We feel it should be possible for all to participate in the Alia Europe Summer Gathering. For that reason and for reasons to uplift the space a little more, we are encouraging those who can, to pay the Patron price or to offer a donation. We are also warmly encouraging prompt registration for the same reasons
