Welcome from Mr. Hiley
Dear IG Families:
Happy New Year! We had a great first week of 2023 - We celebrated students who completed and submitted BEAR cards and all the classes who have recently earned 100 HEARTS. Congratulations to Mrs. Van Vliet's class, Mrs. Pollock & Mrs. Vandemortel's class, Miss DiMaria's class, Mrs. Nuijens' class, and Ms. Frey's class for earning another 100 HEARTS. Each class will celebrate in a chosen manner.
I had the pleasure of eating lunch with some of our newest students this week, also. I enjoyed getting to meet Terrance, Esmee, Zaylee, and Allegra. They are each pictured below.
Lots of us found it particularly difficult to get back into the swing of things this week. After all of our holiday eating and sleeping habits, the weather this week surely did not help. We look forward to a more normal feeling week next week. Hopefully our little Lancers will have a chance to rest this weekend.
Sincerely,
Lucas Hiley. Ed.D.
