Escape Room Fun!
Students in Mrs. Desgrange’s Honors English 10 completed their study of The Crucible with an escape room activity. In collaborative teams, students had to complete various tasks to test their knowledge and understanding of the play through a variety of tasks including a crossword puzzle of characters, an informational article, a matching activity to connect the author’s purpose, an investigation of the theme, and an identification of literary elements. Several groups were able to escape as they successfully completed each challenge. Well done!
Dragster Cars in Design and Modeling
Students in Mr. Stahley’s Design and Modeling class are making dragster cars. Students are in the process of building their car by cutting, sanding, and painting their own design. Prior to using tools, students review tool safety and explore the 3D printing process.
If you ordered a Wildcat Blanket from the Junior Class fundraiser, they are in and ready for you pick up! They will be available at WHS on Saturday, December 16 during the Boys Basketball Games from 6:00 - 9:00pm. If they are not picked up during those times, they will be given to whom you ordered from and you'll need to collect it from that person.
