PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Dear Pleasant Run Families:

The National PTA has designated the first week of May as Teacher Appreciation Week! What a wonderful way to show our admiration and gratitude to those that teach our children every day! Pleasant Run is blessed to have such a terrific group of teachers at our school. Each teacher has worked so hard to provide a consistent and caring environment for all students. An easy way to say thank you is by creating an e-card by using the following link:

PTA NEWS

Joining the PTA allows you to meet some great people. PTA functions are opportunities to meet other parents and teachers, to build rapport and discuss issues that are on your mind. You can share ideas, concerns, and experiences to make the school year better for everyone.

The mission of the Pleasant Run Elementary PTA is to act in the interest of the children, to encourage understanding and cooperation between parents and teachers, and to promote programs that benefit the success of children’s learning. The Pleasant Run PTA supports education through active participation and advocacy.

Pleasant Run Elementary has a very active and supportive PTA. We sponsor many fun events throughout the school year. We also provide volunteers for many school events as well as provide support for school programs such as Super Reader, Breakfast with Santa and the annual fund raiser. Please join us for a PTA meeting to see what we’re all about.
